Responsibilities
Drive profitable sales growth across existing accounts and new customers
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from opportunity identification to deal closure
Prioritize target customers and execute focused sales activities
Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to support joint sales plans
Identify and follow up on Newbuilding and Dry Dock opportunities
Develop trusted, long-term relationships through regular customer engagement
Act as the technical expert for Tank & Hold Cleaning solutions within the sales organization
Ensure accurate CRM reporting and compliance with WSS sales governance
Requirements
International experience in technical or solution-based sales
Maritime background (sailing or marine engineering experience preferred)
Proven track record of achieving sales results and closing deals
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Confident user of CRM systems and MS Office tools
Excellent communication skills and fluent English
