About the role

  • Business Development Partner responsible for expanding a restoration company's presence in Austin. Focused on relationship-building and high-commission earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with: Property management companies, Apartment communities / HOAs, Commercial facilities
  • Introduce our company and position us as a reliable, go-to vendor
  • Stay in consistent contact with partners and remain top-of-mind
  • Generate mitigation and reconstruction opportunities through your network and outreach

Requirements

  • Self-motivated individuals who prefer flexibility over a fixed salary
  • People comfortable working independently and building relationships in the field
  • Strong communicators who can earn trust and maintain long-term partnerships
  • Existing relationships OR regular access to property managers or commercial decision-makers
  • The ability to get meetings and build trust quickly
  • Experience in restoration, construction, property management, or B2B services preferred but not required
  • Real estate agents working with investors or distressed properties preferred but not required
  • Vendor-side reps (janitorial, HVAC, security, etc.) calling on similar clients preferred but not required
