- Payment Operations Analyst managing all payment-related queries in a risk and fraud environment. Collaborating with finance and technical teams to resolve payment concerns in an e-commerce focus.
Responsibilities
- Managing all payment-related queries and concerns.
- Compiling and maintaining all Payment concerns and following up on them.
- Identify area of concern and escalate accordingly.
- Liaise with Finance about Missing transactions.
- Liaise with Payment Product team for all technical actions & systems.
- Keep a daily check on transactions and transactional trends.
- Regular follow-up on all queries raised with different departments and teams.
- Point of Contact for the support team about all payment related queries.
- Assisting Risk team with all Deposit and withdrawal queries.
- Usage of Payment Portals for transaction monitoring and identification.
- Any additional ad hoc duties.
Requirements
- Experience of working in an e-commerce business.
- Knowledge of Payment Systems associated with deposits and withdrawals.
- Experience in the field of analyses and investigation.
- Ability to work in different shifts.
- Ability to work in a multi-dimensional environment.
