About the role

  • Payment Operations Analyst managing all payment-related queries in a risk and fraud environment. Collaborating with finance and technical teams to resolve payment concerns in an e-commerce focus.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all payment-related queries and concerns.
  • Compiling and maintaining all Payment concerns and following up on them.
  • Identify area of concern and escalate accordingly.
  • Liaise with Finance about Missing transactions.
  • Liaise with Payment Product team for all technical actions & systems.
  • Keep a daily check on transactions and transactional trends.
  • Regular follow-up on all queries raised with different departments and teams.
  • Point of Contact for the support team about all payment related queries.
  • Assisting Risk team with all Deposit and withdrawal queries.
  • Usage of Payment Portals for transaction monitoring and identification.
  • Any additional ad hoc duties.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in an e-commerce business.
  • Knowledge of Payment Systems associated with deposits and withdrawals.
  • Experience in the field of analyses and investigation.
  • Ability to work in different shifts.
  • Ability to work in a multi-dimensional environment.
