Responsibilities
Set up, track, and report team and department metrics to measure improvements, demonstrate impact of changes, and identify areas for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
Continuously improve existing metrics and introduce new ones to track team performance.
Collect feedback from teams via retrospectives, reviews, 360° feedback, and surveys.
Transform action items into improvement backlog work items.
Drive and embed improvement in agile practices within and across teams.
Contribute to process refinement, ticketing system enhancements, and automation of workflows.
Experiment with new approaches and support successful rollouts.
Participate in Agile meetings (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews) as needed, focusing on improving team efficiency.
Offer feedback, suggestions, or facilitation while allowing teams to refine their specific approaches.
Educate and coach teams on Agile principles and methodologies.
Organize monthly onboarding sessions for new joiners on processes, culture, tools (Azure DevOps, Product Board, MS Teams, Confluence, ServiceNow), roles, and responsibilities.
Provide guidance and alternative perspectives on process- and people-related decisions to prevent escalation.
Work with Agile Coaches, Team Leads, Project Managers, and Delivery Managers to share knowledge, coordinate improvements, and identify areas for Agile adoption.
Support community engagement, organize product days, cross-team demos, and foster a culture of collaboration.
Mediate conflicts to maintain healthy communication and teamwork.
Monitor multiple teams, hold regular one-on-ones with TLs and POs, and track team maturity and self-organization.
Adjust involvement in Agile ceremonies based on team maturity.
Focus on metrics like sprint completion, roadmap contribution, cycle time, incidents/post-mortems, change failure rate, and team happiness.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role in a multi-team environment.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience setting up and tracking team metrics, analyzing performance, and driving actionable improvements.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Ability to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and drive cultural change across teams.
Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Product Board, MS Teams, and ServiceNow.
Nice to have: Experience in scaling Agile across multiple teams or departments.
Familiarity with Lean, DevOps practices, or organizational change management.
Background in metrics-driven team effectiveness improvement.
