About the role
- Regional Manager overseeing multi-location ground operations for Worldwide Flight Services. Ensure compliance and customer satisfaction through strategic leadership and coordination with local teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to General Managers and operational teams across multiple stations
- Oversee station operations to ensure efficient use of equipment, facilities, and personnel
- Analyze operational and financial data to drive profitability and performance
- Develop and enforce company policies, safety rules, and compliance with TSA, FAA, CBP, and local regulations
- Approve and monitor capital expenditures, equipment procurement, and site security plans
- Partner with upper management on strategic planning and policy development
- Investigate and resolve internal and external complaints
- Support business development and customer relationship efforts within the region
- Oversee security compliance, audits, and corrective actions in coordination with corporate security teams
- Promote a fair, respectful, and inclusive workplace environment
- Maintain accurate reporting, respond to inquiries from regulatory bodies, and ensure ongoing operational compliance
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in ground handling, logistics, or related field; 3+ years managing multi-site operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of TSA, FAA, CBP, and airport regulations
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive performance across locations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision making skills
- Ability to travel domestically up to 75%; valid drivers license required
- Must pass background checks and obtain airport security clearance
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
