Manage a portfolio of Sales Representatives;
Manage and retain a customer portfolio;
Plan commercial activities, monitor results and meet targets;
Support the commercial routine of your network;
Build relationships and continuously train the linked network;
Lead the linked commercial network;
Lead commercial operations;
Provide commercial support to the linked network;
Regularly visit Sales Representatives in your portfolio;
Motivate the linked network to deliver results;
Maintain delivery quality and customer satisfaction;
Source and manage large-scale operations;
Strengthen the brand image in institutional contacts;
Skills: Prospecting and recruiting Commercial Representatives and clients; Managing and retaining client portfolios; Negotiation and closing sales; Planning and executing commercial strategies; Monitoring targets and performance indicators; Interpersonal relationship building and effective communication; Ability to train and develop Sales Representatives/teams; Organization and time management; Autonomy and proactivity; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Availability for travel and business trips; Experience in the consórcio market (advantage) or in external/field sales; Leadership; Results management; Proactivity; Teamwork and efficient commercial management.
Additional knowledge (differential): PCA-10; Strong command of CRM and digital prospecting and networking tools consolidated in the consórcio and/or financial segment.
