About the role

  • Area Managerin overseeing performance of creative courses and culinary experiences across locations. Collaborating with teams to enhance quality and implement strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the performance of your locations
  • You take ownership of class attendance, material costs, revenue development and course quality.
  • You monitor relevant KPIs and derive concrete actions from them.
  • Together with the founding team you plan the next steps for your location – from optimizing processes to introducing new course formats.
  • You think entrepreneurially, plan proactively and implement growth opportunities.
  • You organize regular location meetings, contribute ideas and work closely with other area managers across Germany.
  • You ensure all instructors pull in the same direction and feel appreciated.
  • You embody our values on site, provide feedback, share new initiatives and foster a positive working environment.
  • You are committed to continuously improving our courses – from room design and materials to the overall experience. You collect feedback, introduce new ideas and work to make every course a highlight.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on leadership experience in events or a comparable environment.
  • You understand relevant business KPIs, can interpret them and derive concrete measures.
  • You have experience leading and developing employees and understand how good frameworks, motivation and incentive systems contribute to a strong team culture.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally to get to know new locations, meet potential partners and visit your hubs on site.
  • You think entrepreneurially, are solution-oriented and are excited to help build a growing start-up holistically.
  • You are hands-on, even when tasks are new or not yet clearly defined.
  • You bring a creative sensibility, identify growth opportunities and enjoy testing ideas quickly, learning from them and implementing them within realistic time and budget constraints.
