About the role

  • Market Manager recruiting vendors to support orders and resolve production issues at ServiceLink. Collaborating with vendors and internal staff to meet business objectives and ensuring quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor market capacity and availability to support company volume of work assignments
  • Strategically recruit new vendors to support daily capacity and availability goals
  • Oversight of select group of vendors within specified region
  • Conduct regular coaching and counseling to vendors to ensure they are meeting ServiceLink standards
  • Open order management of again orders open for specified markets and vendors as assigned
  • Management of performance standards of vendors using scorecards for quality and turn around
  • Point of escalation for Vendors

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong ability to build consensus and influence others.
  • Effective in a fast paced environment, enjoys working in teams, and is self-motivated.
  • Ability to work on/manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems, and analyze data and issues.
