About the role
- Responsible for maintenance of photovoltaic installations in a hybrid role at SolarCare. Overseeing operational management and compliance for BtoB clients in the solar industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance for commercial photovoltaic installations.
- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance interventions.
- Assist technicians with fault diagnosis.
- Train teams on procedures and safety rules.
- Ensure installations comply with regulations and verify the completeness of intervention reports.
Requirements
- Degree (equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+5) in electrotechnics, energy, industrial maintenance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in photovoltaic maintenance or a related sector (electrotechnics, medium-voltage HTA/MV, renewable energy).
- Certifications: B2V / BR / H1V minimum; working at heights certification; CACES for aerial work platforms preferred.
- Valid driving license (category B) required.
- Expertise in LV/MV electrical systems (electrical authorization required).
- In-depth knowledge of photovoltaic installations (modules, inverters, combiner boxes/enclosures, cabling and grid connections, structures, etc.).
- Proficiency with monitoring/supervision tools (Solar-Log, SMA, Sungrow, Huawei, Schneider, etc.).
- Ability to read electrical schematics and site layout plans.
- Knowledge of standards: UTE C15-712, NFC 14-100, UTE C18-510, and safety procedures for working at height.
- Ability to supervise internal technical teams.
