Responsibilities
develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytics systems
Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets.
Refine existing data sets and optimize existing reporting & dashboards for improved business insights
Create best-practice reports, dashboards and presentations based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies
Work directly with functional areas to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships
Manage and develop a small team of data analysts.
Requirements
3+ years of data analytics and reporting experience.
1+ years in a lead or manager role.
Bachelor’s in data analytics or similar field; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
Advanced SQL
Python or R
PowerBI or Tableau
Basic Snowflake knowledge.
Ability to synthesize complex data sets.
Ability to communicate complex topics in a simple way.
