Contribute to product briefs that align with category strategy

Support in research and analysis of the global marketplace
Prepare product presentations for key calendar touchpoints

Requirements
3+ years of experience in outdoor retail or customer service, merchandising, product development, wholesale, and/or retail buying roles
Strong knowledge of sell through, calculating cost of goods, and the open to buy process
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Strong understanding of the active apparel market within the outdoor industry
Excellent understanding of the design and development process
Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Willing and able to travel as required
Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
