About the role

Responsibilities

  • Independent project management for ongoing and new projects
  • Managing and recruiting authors and editors
  • Development of short- and long-term project plans for the production of teaching materials
  • Providing guidance to authors in the conception and creation of educational resources
  • Regular analysis of target audiences, needs, and competitors
  • Engaging with and expanding networks of associations, organizations, and ministries of education

Requirements

  • Completed degree in a technical/trade subject, business administration, or teacher training — or equivalent qualifications/experience
  • Strong organizational skills and solid project management capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Business-minded / commercial awareness
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp and work with complex issues
