Responsibilities
Manage a team of around ten operators specialized in document processing
Drive production activity by leading, organizing, and supervising team tasks
Implement indicators to measure performance and analyze any deviations
Serve as the client point of contact and respond to client requests
Participate in and lead team and client meetings
Monitor activities using dashboards and regular reporting
Supervise and coordinate electronic document management activities
Ensure optimization of document processing workflows
Guarantee that documents comply with applicable standards and regulations
Develop and implement strategies to improve document management
Provide ongoing training and skills development for the team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree to Master's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in administration, management, or production management (or equivalent)
At least 2–3 years of experience in production team management
Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite
Strong written communication skills
Good level of English (written and spoken)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Proven ability in organization and project management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
Problem-solving skills and ability to propose innovative solutions
Familiarity with electronic document management (EDM) tools and technologies — not necessarily mandatory
