About the role
- Finance Business Partner for DOVISTA, providing insights and supporting financial decisions in Germany. Collaborating with the Commercial Leadership Team to drive performance management and financial planning.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for commercial finance activities in the German market
- Act as a financial sparring partner for the VP and the management team in Germany
- Primary responsibility for the monthly performance management cycle, including preparation and execution of monthly performance reviews with the management team
- Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting and forecasting, and work closely with the business to secure ambitious yet realistic targets
- Provide actionable financial insights and data to support informed business decisions
- Support the commercial teams with business cases for new initiatives (campaigns, products, customers, channels) and track the realized impact.
Requirements
- A finance professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for business partnering
- Degree in business/economics and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance
- Fluent in German and good English skills are required, as you will work with local stakeholders and group functions
- Solid understanding of financial principles and performance management
- Experience in business partnering
- Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills
