Responsibilities

  • Support the customer care team and deal with customer needs/requests through effective communication.
  • Manage customer requests and inquiries through various channels including chat, email, and phone.
  • Provide time-efficient information to customers regarding their accounts, products, and services.
  • Manage customer complaints and escalate complex issues.
  • Participate in training and development to improve customer skills and services.

Requirements

  • Technical Investment and pension product knowledge in practical application with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Complaint handling in respect of investments with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Producing bespoke analytical calculations involving investments, pensions and tax with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Senior stakeholder management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
