About the role
- Werkstudent in Finance role supporting implementation of DIAMANT accounting software in Kassel office. Engaging in digital process development and optimization of financial workflows.
Responsibilities
- You will actively support the implementation, configuration and further development of the DIAMANT accounting software.
- You will take part in an exciting digitization and implementation project within the finance function.
- You will assist with the analysis, documentation and optimization of accounting and bookkeeping processes.
- You will contribute to testing, data validation and training preparation as part of the system roll-out.
- You will support the finance team with operational day-to-day tasks (e.g., bookkeeping, reporting, and ad-hoc assignments).
Requirements
- You are a enrolled student, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Information Systems or a comparable field.
- You have an interest in accounting, financial reporting and digital finance processes.
- Initial practical experience in accounting or with accounting software is an advantage but not required.
- You work in a structured, careful and analytical way and enjoy understanding systemic relationships.
- You are communicative, a team player and enjoy working independently.
