About the role

  • Customer Success Assistant providing support to clients in a specialized business school. Assisting in client onboarding and maintaining high service quality via WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support to clients via WhatsApp, ensuring fast and high-quality service
  • Monitor the progress of mentees and identify risks of disengagement
  • Update service records and progress in the CRM and internal tools
  • Collect feedback and generate insights to improve products
  • Collaborate with mentors to ensure an integrated experience
  • Participate in internal alignment meetings
  • Deliver consultative and empathetic client support
  • Assist in preparing live and online deliverables/sessions
  • Support integrated initiatives with the Product team and other departments
  • Conduct onboarding for new clients
  • Run video support sessions for follow-up and alignment with clients

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service/support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with client onboarding and follow-up processes
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Vila Velha, Espírito Santo (ES), Brazil
