About the role

  • Recruiter responsible for developing strategies to attract qualified talent for WEP Clinical. Implementing recruiting methods, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies tailored to the role, industry standards, and the organization’s needs.
  • Create compelling job postings and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Evaluate and refine the candidate pipeline to identify the most suitable talent.
  • Conduct phone screenings with qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate the preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials.
  • Assist with the interview process by attending and conducting interviews alongside managers, directors, or other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues during the offer process, including recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other relevant details.
  • Ensure the recruitment process complies with GDPR and company policies.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of potential applicants.
  • Support employer branding initiatives as needed.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to strengthen the candidate pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment materials, including interview notes and related documentation, to share with key stakeholders.
  • Provide support to the HR team on various talent acquisition and HR needs as required.
  • Conduct regular internal audits of talent acquisition processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business, Education, Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment preferred
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of GDPR and recruitment best practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
