About the role
- Product Solution Engineer at Wenrix, a fintech startup, focusing on integrating technical solutions for customers. Collaborating with Operations and Sales teams for a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Operations and Sales team for technical aspects of the customer cycle
- Understand customers’ requirements and integrate Wenrix’s solutions into their environment
- Assist with the sales cycle and lead all technical aspects - lead technical pilots, design architecture and execute deployment
- Plan and deliver revenue-driving solutions in collaboration with Product and R&D
- Manage long-term projects and deliver on time
- Build a strong relationship and be the technical trusted advisor of the customer
Requirements
- 4+ years of Enterprise B2B experience in a technical client-facing role (sales engineer, consulting, project management)
- Prior experience as full-stack/back-end software developer- Advantage
- Fluent in SQL (Postgres/MySql) – Advantage
- Familiar with AI and Big Data – Advantage
- Speak additional languages at a business conversational level – Advantage
