About the role

  • Solution Architect designing and governing Lead-to-Revenue processes for Sinch. Optimizing customer lifecycle processes and providing architectural governance across CRM and revenue platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and optimize L2R and customer lifecycle processes.
  • Define domain architecture, integration patterns, and data ownership models.
  • Establish canonical data models and scalable API/event-driven integrations.
  • Provide architectural governance across CRM and revenue platforms.
  • Partner with business and IT to drive transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Enterprise/domain architecture experience in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue.
  • Strong L2R and CRM ecosystem expertise (Salesforce preferred).
  • Integration architecture knowledge (APIs, middleware, event-driven).
  • Strong stakeholder management and systems thinking.
