Responsibilities
To make all this happen, we are looking for a Solution Architect to join our team.
This role sits at the intersection of technical client onboarding and stakeholder management where you will be the primary contact person between clients, engineering team and product team during the client onboarding process.
You will own all client interactions from the initial kick-off call through to handover to customer support and success post implementation.
Throughout this process, you will keep the client informed by understanding their needs and designing a technical solution that meets those needs while staying aligned with our product vision.
You will create, maintain and evolve onboarding guides, checklists, templates and knowledge-based articles that make the process repeatable and scalable.
You will collaborate with Product Owners to push consistent, reusable patterns across all clients.
You will identify opportunities for improving our base product or documentation that will benefit multiple customers.
You will work directly with the client to capture requirements, then produce detailed specifications, flow-charts (draw.io / BPMN 2.0) and architecture diagrams that map those needs to our product capabilities.
You will review the client’s current processes, recommend how to align them with our standardized API and process templates, and provide concrete integration guidance (e.g., authentication flows, data models).
You will coordinate with engineering, product, sales, customer success and other stakeholders, keeping all parties updated on progress, risks and next steps through regular status calls or dashboards.
You will build a realistic, detailed schedule that balances client needs with internal capacity.
You will track milestones and adjust resources as needed to stay on track.
You will organise test sessions (UAT, API tests) and manage the rollout through go-live and the hypercare period.
You will resolve any issues that arise before the client is fully handed over to operations.
Requirements
You have 3 + years of experience as a Solution/Systems Architect, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
You have proven stakeholder management experience and strong written and verbal communication skills.
With the strong background in client-facing roles you bring, you know how to engage stakeholders at every level, bridging the gap between technical execution and executive leadership.
You have proven experience working with complex processes & APIs and onboarding clients within a SaaS product environment.
You bring a strong problem-solving mindset and can recommend trade-offs between cost, time and quality.
You have solid project-management fundamentals, including creating timelines, maintaining risk registers and providing status reporting.
You have experience translating business and system flows into BPMN 2.0 and flow-chart diagrams using tools like draw.io or LucidChart.
You have experience designing and integrating systems using REST APIs with OAuth 2.0 and OpenAPI/Swagger standards.
You are comfortable working in an Agile environment using Scrum practices and tools such as JIRA.
You speak fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
