Responsibilities

  • Lead complex lifecycle initiatives and support tasks, including those that are cross-functional with broad impact
  • Identify opportunity for process improvements within Securities Operations
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term operational tasks or challenges
  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations related to a full process within a trade environment
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Manage and develop expertise in various operational processes
  • Resolve complex escalated issues within the scope of responsibility in Security Operations
  • Lead overall effectiveness of the team according to plans
  • Lead implementation of projects, new or revised processes, and procedures that require coordination among operation teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Brokerage Industry Knowledge & Experience
  • Account Data and Management, Account Opening and Maintenance and/or Security Masterfile experience
  • Development within Alteryx and Power BI or equivalent business intelligence tools
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as MicroStrategy or Tableau including report creation, dashboards, and graphical data representation
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
  • Experience analyzing call volumes, forecasting, and planning of staffing levels to meet the business goals for servicing and response time for customers
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Solid problem-solving skills
