- Participating in activating/rehabilitative nursing, detailed care planning and digital nursing documentation (DAN)
- Monthly review of care needs, support during Medical Service (MD) inspections and structured onboarding of new employees
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (registered nurse), health and nursing professional, or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- Additional qualification as a unit/ward manager with further training as a dementia or gerontopsychiatric specialist
- Professional experience in nursing and initial leadership experience
- IT skills
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written, at least level B2
