About the role

  • Community Sales Partner supporting occupancy growth and sales activities in senior living facility. Collaborating with the Community Sales Director and Executive Director to meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Community Sales Director and the Executive Director to increase occupancy
  • Meet budgeted occupancy and revenue
  • Maintain a waiting list for available apartments
  • A passion for helping seniors
  • Works in support of the Sales Director to provide the sales activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the Communitys sales and move-in goals to continuously maximize occupancy

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Sales or leasing office experience, a plus
  • Support for onsite marketing events
  • Participation in tour support
