Responsibilities
Supports the Community Sales Director and the Executive Director to increase occupancy
Meet budgeted occupancy and revenue
Maintain a waiting list for available apartments
A passion for helping seniors
Works in support of the Sales Director to provide the sales activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the Communitys sales and move-in goals to continuously maximize occupancy
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance
Sales or leasing office experience, a plus
Support for onsite marketing events
Participation in tour support
