Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospective residents, and their guests.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere by promptly addressing concerns.
  • Assist residents with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly manner.
  • CAs play a significant role in the leasing and marketing process.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities, events, and programs that foster community spirit.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as managing resident inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
  • Promote a safe and secure living environment by adhering to community policies.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor others.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn about campus resources and services.
  • Understanding of and commitment to diversity, inclusion, and respect.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn software applications.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional special events.
  • Ability to be on-call for emergencies.
  • Current account is in good standing (if current resident).
