Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative support to the VP and leadership team
Manage office logistics including supplies, events, and vendor coordination
Monitor office needs and coordinate maintenance
Prepare and reconcile monthly expense reports
Build weekly PowerPoint presentations highlighting performance and team updates
Design internal communications, flyers, and monthly newsletters
Coordinate employee recognition, birthdays, work anniversaries and annual family day events across multiple locations
Plan and execute in-office and virtual engagement initiatives
Ensure remote employees remain included and supported
Lead charitable initiatives and volunteer programs
Coordinate donation drives and community outreach
Manage logistics and tracking for community engagement efforts
Requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail
Experience supporting senior leadership
Proficiency in PowerPoint and design tools such as Canva
Experience managing expense reporting and administrative processes
Professional, service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
