About the role

  • Social Media Manager responsible for Welldoc’s social media strategy across Corporate, B2B and B2C channels. Creating engaging content and managing paid media campaigns to drive engagement and leads.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with corporate, B2B and B2C goals.
  • Design and produce engaging messaging and content across formats to convey Welldoc's story.
  • Execute the social media/paid media components of integrated marketing campaigns and press releases.
  • Partner with corporate communications to align messaging on industry themes.
  • Manage paid social campaigns end-to-end, optimizing for KPIs like CPL and ROAS.
  • Use AI-powered tools to scale content creation and personalize messaging.
  • Cultivate the social presence of our executive team to connect with industry leaders.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, preparing reports and actionable insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure social media content aligns with company goals.
  • Manage the social content calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media programs, ideally within healthcare, digital health, or health tech.
  • Experience supporting both B2B and B2C strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Strong design skills and experience creating social-first content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing paid social campaigns for awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • A data-driven mindset with expertise in reporting, analytics, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content creation and performance optimization.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a natural ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences, with a demonstrated understanding of scientific principles and health-related terminology.
  • Collaborative, curious, and willing to learn, with a proactive approach to testing new strategies and tools.
  • Experience navigating healthcare-specific compliance (i.e., clinical, regulatory) for social content.
  • Proficiency with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they connect to social content strategy.
  • Experience managing other aspects of marketing, including events and speaking engagements
