Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the social media strategy
  • Manage the community and ambassador program
  • Support multichannel campaigns and ensure their consistent execution

  • Analyze performance of social, influencer, and community activities
  • Derive concrete optimization measures based on KPIs

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing with exposure to social media, influencer, and community management
  • Excellent written and spoken German and fluent English
  • Experience independently developing and executing social media strategies as well as content and campaign formats
  • Analytical, data-driven working style with routine in handling KPIs, reporting, and performance optimization
  • Strong communication skills and a confident sense for tone, storytelling, and audience-appropriate messaging
  • Open-mindedness towards new formats and trends in the social media landscape
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., for content ideation, text variations, analysis, or structuring)
  • Basic understanding of promotion and distribution mechanics in social media
