Responsibilities
Develop and implement the social media strategy
Manage the community and ambassador program
Support multichannel campaigns and ensure their consistent execution
Create audience-appropriate storylines and formats across the user lifecycle
Analyze performance of social, influencer, and community activities
Derive concrete optimization measures based on KPIs
Monitor market developments and trends to generate ideas for content and campaigns
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing with exposure to social media, influencer, and community management
Excellent written and spoken German and fluent English
Experience independently developing and executing social media strategies as well as content and campaign formats
Analytical, data-driven working style with routine in handling KPIs, reporting, and performance optimization
Strong communication skills and a confident sense for tone, storytelling, and audience-appropriate messaging
Open-mindedness towards new formats and trends in the social media landscape
Experience using AI tools (e.g., for content ideation, text variations, analysis, or structuring)
Basic understanding of promotion and distribution mechanics in social media
