Responsibilities

  • Manage and accelerate growth of high profile salon groups
  • Drive growth in advanced customers, nurturing relationships with C-level stakeholders
  • Implement strategies and create commercial proposals
  • Own and drive a pipeline, building key relationships with new customers
  • Collaborate closely with DSO teams to open key conversions

Requirements

  • Experience in managing salon groups or key accounts within the hairdressing industry
  • Strong team player and collaborates easily with others
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Advanced planning, monitoring and analytical skills & knowledge of supporting programs and platforms
  • Proficiency in budget planning, P&L management and financial assessment of new business opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can manage cross functional relationships.
