Responsibilities
Manage key relationships to deliver accelerated growth within the account.
Take ownership of the P&L for your area, including leading JBP negotiations.
Propose and manage promotions and spend, forecasting and reporting accurately internally.
Develop a strong understanding of your P&L to drive profitable, sustainable growth within the account.
Own the process for weekly, period, and annual forecasting, using multiple data sources.
Build comprehensive joint business plans with One Stop to leverage the strategic partnership.
Adapt communication style to align with customer needs and gain insights into customer objectives.
Build strong relationships internally with the cross-functional team and externally with key stakeholders.
Requirements
Experience in account management within an FMCG environment (Grocery experience preferable).
Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, and business development within the grocers.
Proven ability to build and deliver joint business plans and negotiate effectively to drive results.
Experience in managing senior-level relationships internally and externally.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency with CRM, forecasting tools, and Google Office.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
