About the role

  • Account Manager for TELUS SMB focusing on acquiring new small business accounts. Managing full sales cycle through outbound sales campaigns including cold calling and building customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales: Acquire new small business accounts through strategic outbound sales campaigns, cold calling, self-prospection and referral program
  • Pipeline Building: Make 40+ calls per day to generate opportunities and build a robust pipeline
  • Full Sales Cycle: Manage the full sales cycle from qualifying leads to closing new clients
  • Customer Experience: Deliver best-in-class buying experiences by building strong relationships, identifying present and future needs and influencing decision-makers

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of French is required
  • Intermediate knowledge of English is required
