About the role

  • CRM Campaign Manager at Weldom responsible for optimizing marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and mail. Aimed at enhancing customer loyalty and engagement with strong data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Join the LOYALTY/CRM department as part of a team of 3 responsible for implementing, configuring, monitoring and optimizing omnichannel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail)
  • Configure, run and optimize marketing campaigns in Adobe Campaign
  • Produce HTML content using Dartagnan
  • Analyze and improve marketing campaign management practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in marketing, data or computer science
  • 3 years' experience in CRM and operational campaign management, including 2 years with Adobe Campaign Classic or equivalent
  • Knowledge of HTML coding and deliverability best practices
  • Experience with an email builder, Dartagnan preferred
  • Strong interest in data and data-centric environments
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Ideally experience in an omnichannel retail environment
  • High level of rigor and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Autonomy and adaptability
  • Analytical skills and ability to synthesize
