Responsibilities
Together with your team, you are the first point of contact for our clients
Respond professionally to inquiries from clients of our partner insurers
Handle inbound calls from our clients (no sales, no legal advice)
Forward inquiries to the responsible attorneys for individual and expert handling
Onboard new clients and support existing clients
Identify clients’ needs and provide all relevant information about the process
Carefully document and maintain the customer database in our case-management system
Provide service-oriented advice and support to clients with their individual concerns
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent German
Initial experience in customer service, vocational commercial training, or experience in the hospitality sector
