About the role

  • Customer Success Manager addressing customer inquiries for legal services from in-house legal tech team. Offering support for onboarding new clients and maintaining existing client relationships in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Together with your team, you are the first point of contact for our clients
  • Respond professionally to inquiries from clients of our partner insurers
  • Handle inbound calls from our clients (no sales, no legal advice)
  • Forward inquiries to the responsible attorneys for individual and expert handling
  • Onboard new clients and support existing clients
  • Identify clients’ needs and provide all relevant information about the process
  • Carefully document and maintain the customer database in our case-management system
  • Provide service-oriented advice and support to clients with their individual concerns

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent German
  • Initial experience in customer service, vocational commercial training, or experience in the hospitality sector
  • Reliability and a service-oriented mindset
