About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support care facilities through the implementation process of digital medication supply
  • Train care staff on using the hellomedOS web app
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and increase patient participation
  • Analyze usage data and support on-site implementation and development
  • Relay customer feedback to improve the service and product

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare or customer success
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical skills for evaluating customer feedback and site data
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel (up to 1/3 of working time)
  • Technical openness and a good understanding of digital applications
