About the role

  • Intern responsible for customer success journey orchestration at Cortex. Assisting in project management with a focus on client value delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and relentlessly manage client health and the relevance of the project to the client's business
  • Know the product and ecosystem and be able to identify alternatives to improve project relevance and adoption
  • Study the industry and the specific aspects of the client's business
  • Be the client's voice to the company's other teams, sharing pain points and seeking solutions internally
  • Ensure delivery and the deadlines agreed with the client

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields
  • Interest in and basic understanding of customer journey, buyer personas, and user behavior
  • Basic knowledge of PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong communication, organization, creativity, and storytelling skills
  • Prior experience (including academic) with communication strategies
  • Intermediate English
