About the role

  • Recruitment Analyst supporting HR processes for Weber Shandwick, a global communication agency. Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring high-quality candidate experience and accuracy in selection
  • Design and execute different stages of selection (screening, competency-based interviews, case studies, sending offers, etc.)
  • Support leaders in defining job profiles and requirements, acting as a strategic partner
  • Continuously explore new talent attraction methods (channels, tools, approaches, relationships with universities and other partners)
  • Coordinate processes with hiring managers, ensuring technical and cultural fit
  • Provide structured, constructive feedback that values the candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management or related fields
  • Experience in Recruitment & Selection, preferably in communication agencies
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews
  • Familiarity with ATS/recruitment platforms
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to partner with hiring managers across different areas
