Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring high-quality candidate experience and accuracy in selection
Design and execute different stages of selection (screening, competency-based interviews, case studies, sending offers, etc.)
Support leaders in defining job profiles and requirements, acting as a strategic partner
Continuously explore new talent attraction methods (channels, tools, approaches, relationships with universities and other partners)
Coordinate processes with hiring managers, ensuring technical and cultural fit
Provide structured, constructive feedback that values the candidate experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management or related fields
Experience in Recruitment & Selection, preferably in communication agencies
Experience conducting competency-based interviews
Familiarity with ATS/recruitment platforms
Strong negotiation skills and ability to partner with hiring managers across different areas
