About the role

  • Innovation Architect for Recruitment & Selection at Riachuelo focusing on data-driven processes and AI integration. Lead transformation initiatives for high-performance recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the R&S (Recruitment & Selection) transformation roadmap using Scrum or Kanban methodologies, ensuring incremental value deliveries to internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a Change Management agent, designing communication and training plans to ensure adoption of new technologies and work methods by the recruiting team.
  • Map and diagnose the candidate journey and the hiring manager journey, identifying friction points and applying Lean principles to eliminate operational waste.
  • Optimize the conversion funnel, ensuring process flow directly contributes to reduced Time-to-Hire and improved Candidate Experience Score.
  • Implement and customize Generative AI solutions to automate screening, create job profiles, and deliver personalized candidate communications.
  • Develop intelligent workflows using low-code/no-code tools and API integrations to connect the ATS with other layers of the HR ecosystem.
  • Establish Data Governance protocols in compliance with LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law), ensuring information security across all automation touchpoints.
  • Audit processes and algorithms to identify and remove bias, ensuring AI acts as an ally for diversity and inclusion rather than a replicator of prejudice.

Requirements

  • Advanced ATS: Proficiency with platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or Gupy.
  • Automation & Integration: Experience with Make (Integromat), Zapier, or Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Generative AI: Proficiency in Prompt Engineering for models like GPT-4, Gemini, or Claude.
  • Data Intelligence: Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Project Management: Familiarity with Notion, Jira, Asana, or ClickUp.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Analytical Resilience: Ability to stay focused on tangible results even in the face of cultural resistance to technology.
  • Stakeholder Negotiation: Ability to translate technical complexity into business value for managers and directors.
  • Scalability Focus: Mindset geared toward solutions that work for 10 or 10,000 hires with the same level of quality.
  • Critical Thinking: Challenge the "we've always done it this way" mindset using evidence and statistical data.
