Responsibilities
Performance Monitoring: Collecting and analyzing audience and engagement data from owned websites and social media channels.
Competitor Analysis (Benchmarking): Daily monitoring of performance and content strategies of the main players in each segment.
Trend Identification: Mapping new consumer behaviors, content formats, and current topics (trending topics).
Market Radar: Monitoring product launches and news in the categories where the brands operate.
Insights Reporting: Preparing periodic (daily/weekly) reports that translate numbers into practical recommendations for the editorial and social media teams.
Requirements
Highly Analytical Profile: Comfortable working with large volumes of data and turning numbers into actionable insights.
Investigative Curiosity: Genuine interest in digital behavior and in understanding the 'why' behind the data.
Strong Writing and Synthesis: Ability to organize thinking and present findings clearly and concisely.
Proficiency with Data Tools: Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or social media monitoring platforms).
Digital Awareness: Up-to-date with algorithm changes and new dynamics in social media and SEO.
