About the role

  • Advertising Coordinator responsible for running large-scale campaigns across various platforms at Web Summit. Join the team driving growth and engagement for global events.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn, with exposure to TikTok and additional platforms.
  • Own day-to-day campaign execution including budget pacing, creative rotation, testing frameworks and optimisation.
  • Work closely with the Creative team to brief new assets and iterate on performance-driven concepts.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics and Growth to understand audiences, funnel performance and attribution.
  • Monitor performance daily, proactively identifying opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rates.
  • Build weekly reports and contribute to strategic readouts for senior stakeholders.
  • Support testing roadmaps across creative, messaging, targeting and bidding strategies.
  • Help scale campaigns across markets and regions as events ramp up.
  • Take increasing ownership of accounts and budgets as you grow within the team.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years experience running paid media campaigns in-house or agency-side.
  • Hands-on experience in at least **two** of the following platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • A strong understanding of campaign setup, optimisation and reporting.
  • Comfort working with budgets, pacing and performance targets.
  • A data-driven mindset and curiosity about testing and experimentation.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with creative, analytics and commercial teams.
  • Ambition to grow quickly in a high-performing team.
  • An interest in technology, startups and the global tech ecosystem.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads or additional platforms.
  • Canva or basic creative editing skills.
  • CRM or marketing automation exposure.
  • Additional languages.
