Responsibilities
Take full ownership of paid search and social strategy across both web and mobile platforms;
Build and scale campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and new emerging channels;
Launch and optimize diverse formats, including app installs, web conversions, and full-funnel flows;
Design structured A/B tests to identify the best-performing messaging, creatives, and audiences;
Manage budgets and forecasting to hit target CAC and ROAS goals consistently;
Partner with design and product teams to build high-performing, end-to-end user funnels;
Turn data insights into recommendations that influence the product roadmap and growth strategy;
Establish best practices for creative testing, audience segmentation, and reporting;
Requirements
Proven success in performance marketing, with a track record of scaling paid search and social campaigns while improving ROAS and CAC;
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok across both web and mobile;
Expertise in A/B testing across ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages;
Strong analytical skills to interpret data patterns and make fast, data-driven decisions;
A "startup mindset" with the ability to build from scratch and handle rapid changes;
A self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of prioritizing high-impact work while collaborating smoothly with design, product, and engineering.
