Responsibilities
Own lead generation and outbound growth activity for our Partnerships team
Sourcing and enriching lead data
Building and running outbound campaigns across email and social channels
Continuously optimising performance through testing and automation
Be the main point of contact between Growth and Partnerships for outbound lead generation
Track and report on campaign performance
Optimise campaigns for return rate and lead quality
Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and iterate quickly
Collaborate with Partnerships on value propositions and outreach angles
Requirements
Strong interest in marketing, business, or partnerships
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic analysis
Very strong written communication skills
Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple campaigns in parallel
Strong attention to detail, especially around data quality
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales or partnerships teams
Bias toward action, testing, and continuous improvement
Clear communicator who can translate data into insight
