Responsibilities
- Support strategic Growth projects, taking ownership from structuring through to the delivery of results.
- Drive the implementation of pilots for new business models, assessing feasibility, performance and scaling potential.
- Serve as the project focal point, ensuring structured communication, risk monitoring and progress of deliverables.
- Perform quantitative analyses to inform decisions, monitoring conversion, performance and project impact metrics.
- Assist in building clear, concise executive reports with data-driven storytelling.
- Collaborate across areas such as Marketing, Communications, Product, Fleet Management (GF) and Sales, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
- Support the definition and/or improvement of processes related to the projects being run.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Some experience in strategic projects.
- Previous experience in growth environments, new product development, innovation or market expansion.
- Strong analytical skills, with intermediate/advanced Excel as a primary working tool.
- Knowledge of BI or data visualization tools.
- Experience in projects involving commercial scaling or handover to sales teams.
- Experience building and monitoring KPIs, conversion and performance analyses.
- Well-developed executive communication, comfortable engaging with leadership and presenting results to management.
- Strong interpersonal profile, able to navigate across different departments and hierarchical levels.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively and demonstrate business acumen.
