About the role
- Senior Product Manager driving product strategy and execution for software applications, collaborating with clients and internal teams to launch and manage VPP Programs of DERs.
Responsibilities
- Drive the product strategy and execution for software applications, platform, and integrations
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to define the roadmap for the core enterprise platform
- Drive major portions of the product roadmap for enterprise platform and operational use cases
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to determine product direction
- Translate complex work into clear written artifacts that unblock teams and drive alignment
- Define, design, and deliver product features, including seamless integrations
- Maintain groomed backlog and roadmap in Jira
- Work with agile scrum teams on design, definition, documentation and implementation of features
- Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing of functional requirements
- Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for product offerings
- Support Client Facing Demonstrations of the product
- Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management; with focus on complex, data-intensive products for enterprise
- Advanced user of Jira, Figma, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Claude, Slack
- Comfort with APIs, multi-modal user interfaces, technical documentation
- Ability to manage a wide breadth of projects and priorities simultaneously
- Clear and succinct communication practices - verbally and in writing
- Passion for diving into emerging technologies and industries.
