Responsibilities

  • Be the primary strategist for a specific customer segment
  • Act as a strategic advisor to product development teams
  • Directly influence the roadmaps for industry-standard grade control platforms
  • Build and manage a Segment Cohort for continuous feedback
  • Validate innovation and shape the future of construction, mining, and landfill industries

Requirements

  • BS in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Proven ability to translate deep customer insights into actionable, long-term strategic frameworks
  • Natural influencer capable of building consensus between parent organizations and internal stakeholders
  • Experience monitoring marketplace trends and making sound recommendations amidst complex, contradictory alternatives
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt technical presentations for diverse global audiences
