About the role
- OpenAI Product Owner leading the product roadmap at MAN while ensuring strategy alignment with TRATON Group standards.
Responsibilities
- Owning and driving the OpenAI product roadmap at MAN, ensuring alignment of MAN’s OpenAI strategy with TRATON Group standards and initiatives
- Defining governance, policies, and best practices for OpenAI usage
- Supporting and guiding departments on safe and effective AI use cases
- Managing integrations and providing technical implementation support
- Monitoring usage, performance, and consumption metrics
- Sharing knowledge and best practices
- Collaborating with business areas to identify and prioritize AI requests and initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and Responsible AI guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business, IT, Legal, Security, and leadership teams
- Familiarity with the Microsoft M365 ecosystem and/or Power Platform
- Strong awareness of AI trends, model evolution, limitations, and the associated risk landscape
- Understanding of data governance, enterprise security principles, and basic platform administration
- Experience with Azure OpenAI or comparable enterprise AI platforms
- Background in service management and product ownership
- Ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
