- Engaged and managed freelance relationships, negotiated/secured contracts, and approved bills/invoices, ensuring adherence to agency processes, including freelancer processes via platforms like Worksome.
- Worked strategically with other senior employees on longer-term initiatives, including improved ways of working, processes, and the development of new tools.
- Understands how resourcing impacts agency output, from quality to finance.
- Experienced working across multiple, fast-paced teams, including creative, and handles pressure well.
- Resource management tool experience is a plus.
