Responsibilities
Ensure the company’s compliance with aerospace regulatory requirements for production and/or maintenance
Be responsible for all actions necessary to maintain aeronautical approvals and certifications
Integrate regulatory requirements into company processes
Develop, maintain and improve the Safety Management System (SMS)
Define and manage regulatory authorizations within the company and the aerospace division
Organize the regulatory training plan and reinforce aviation culture
Prepare, update and distribute regulatory documentation
Prepare, lead and monitor regulatory audits through to closure
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar regulatory manager role
Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks: Production: PART / EMAR 21G; Maintenance: EASA / FAA / EMAR 145 – UK CAA; Design: PART 21J
