About the role

  • Senior Business Executive specializing in logistics technology sales for a leading mobility integrator in Brazil. Driving end-to-end sales cycle and building strategic client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process (prospecting, needs assessment, proposal and closing)
  • Act in a consultative manner with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their logistics operations
  • Identify opportunities for digital transformation and logistics automation
  • Lead executive meetings and high-level presentations (C-level)
  • Develop and present commercial and technical proposals aligned with the client’s needs
  • Manage the sales pipeline with predictability and a focus on targets
  • Work closely with technical and presales teams to design and build solutions
  • Develop and expand a portfolio of strategic clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Solid experience (5+ years) in commercial roles, with a focus on B2B consultative sales
  • Proven experience selling solutions such as WMS, TMS, YMS or Control Tower
  • Deep knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex contracts
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage long sales cycles
  • Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
