Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end sales process (prospecting, needs assessment, proposal and closing)
Act in a consultative manner with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their logistics operations
Identify opportunities for digital transformation and logistics automation
Lead executive meetings and high-level presentations (C-level)
Develop and present commercial and technical proposals aligned with the client’s needs
Manage the sales pipeline with predictability and a focus on targets
Work closely with technical and presales teams to design and build solutions
Develop and expand a portfolio of strategic clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
Solid experience (5+ years) in commercial roles, with a focus on B2B consultative sales
Proven experience selling solutions such as WMS, TMS, YMS or Control Tower
Deep knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex contracts
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage long sales cycles
Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
