About the role

  • Senior Project Manager at Maker Lab, building integrated marketing campaigns across clients' e-commerce ecosystem. Leading creative production and managing localization of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Integrated Campaign Production: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms, including website, CRM, direct response, social, and PR touchpoints.
  • Project Leadership & Timelines: Own and update the annual Google Store campaigns calendar and proactively define, manage, and track end-to-end production timelines from concept initiation to launch.
  • Creative & Localisation Management: Independently lead the localisation of creative assets across the region, triaging stakeholder feedback and briefing external agencies to ensure output remains on budget and on strategy.
  • Promotions Merchandising: Execute on-site promotions (launch, evergreen, and 3P) using internal CMS tools, partnering with sales and global teams to ensure accuracy and timely reflection on-site.
  • Operational Excellence: Build and maintain a regional promotion merchandising playbook to establish best practices for on-site placements and streamline execution workflows.
  • End-to-End Content Publishing: Own the hands-on build and publishing of digital content and high-priority landing pages, leveraging CMS tools to build pages from scratch and resolving technical issues with engineers.
  • Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all published content is technically flawless, accurate, and fully aligned with brand guidelines prior to every launch.
  • CMS Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the regional SME for CMS and merchandising tools, advocating for tool enhancements by sharing actionable feedback with Martech and Engineering teams.
  • Campaign Reporting & Insights: Analyse post-launch metrics to compile comprehensive insights and build reporting decks that inform global briefs and future campaign strategies.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks or dependencies to ensure all content pages and promotional moments launch successfully and on schedule.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • High-level project management skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously within a dynamic, high-pressure, and evolving environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with extensive experience collaborating across borders and time zones (including Japan, Australia, the US, Taiwan, Singapore, and India).
  • Previous experience within a global MNC, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex, large-scale organisational structures.
  • Strong background in e-commerce marketing with a deep understanding of the digital landscape and user experience.
  • A proactive self-starter who excels at managing intricate projects that interface with diverse cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in digital web and creative tools (such as Figma, Photoshop, and Gemini AI tools) or a proven aptitude for mastering new technical software with minimal guidance.
  • Extensive experience partnering with creative agencies to brief and deliver high-quality assets and copy.
  • A track record of high productivity and exceptional performance, with the ability to execute and deliver results with limited oversight.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset, backed by exemplary execution and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
