About the role

  • Brand Manager driving comprehensive marketing campaigns and branding strategies for Maker Lab's clients in Singapore. Collaborating closely with partners for successful execution and brand activation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the local market’s marketing, retail, and communications strategies through partnerships, localisation, creative design, in-store look and feel, category, and product management.
  • Utilise market and consumer insights to manage strategic promotions that drive transactions.
  • Be the key coordinator with media, PR and other relevant partners for marketing campaign development - from writing the brief, to creative reviews, asset approvals and eventually execution.
  • Drive and develop a comprehensive 360 marketing plan for all new products and programme launches across social, digital, influencer marketing, creative, etc.
  • Bring the brand’s essence to life by creating excitement and buzz for its products through brand activations, events and collaborations.
  • Deliver flawless execution of the annual marketing and content calendars, including supporting the development of all marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive social strategy and bring content to life across all key social media channels.
  • Facilitate social integration between always-on content and campaign concepts.
  • Ensure effective in-store marketing activities to drive sales and awareness about existing restaurants.
  • Provide support to the local branding team, including on-ground activations and partnership management.
  • Developing a real understanding of the local business and product development/ innovation.
  • Be open to explore new efforts for the brand that have not been done before.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of working experience in marketing and communications roles.
  • Knowledge of online commerce, digital media, media strategy, marketing, or retail marketing
  • Ability to influence change and negotiate cross-functionally and with external parties
  • Strong program management capabilities, coupled with excellent stakeholder management and partnership capacity.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and techy work environment.
  • High energy, highly organised, and a go-getter attitude, coupled with a flexible mindset, teamwork, and dedication to the project's success.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills.
